LAW-8090 Race and Criminal Procedure

This course looks at the role of race in the development of criminal procedure doctrine and the impact of the doctrine on racial and other minorities. The main focus will be on the Fourth Amendment search and seizure, selective prosecution and investigation, cross-racial eyewitness identification, race and punishment, and race and juries.
