LAW-2081 Government Lawyer
In this course, we will examine the many different and varying roles and responsibilities of government and public sector lawyers, across all branches of government, at both the state and federal levels. We will look at the unique ethical duties and challenges that government lawyers face, both in theory and practice. Finally, at a practical level, students will learn what it means to represent and counsel a government client.
