LAW-2065 Complex Litigation and Counseling
This course provides an introduction to complex civil litigation and client counseling, combining substantive lessons with practical, hands-on simulations. Students will learn about the lifecycle of large commercial litigations, analyze novel issues from recent cases, and delve into the real-world challenges facing corporate clients today. Through individual and group exercises, as well as interactions with practicing lawyers, students will develop practical skills for navigating complex litigation scenarios and delivering effective client counseling. No prior experience or courses are required to take this class.
