LAW-2033 Legal Writing for Graduate Students
Designed for foreign-trained graduate students, this 2-credit course provides an introduction to basic principles of American legal writing. Students will learn how to research legal authorities, analyze legal problems using these authorities, and convey that analysis in a written form which adheres to the conventions of the U.S. legal profession. This course may be used to fulfill the New York State Bar Examination and Suffolk LL.M. Legal Writing Requirements.
