CI-120 Process to Value: The Power of Relationships

Relationships are the collaborative foundation of cultivating creativity. As relationships continue to evolve, results may create value across multiple contexts. In this course, you will explore the relationship between individuals, teams, and the creation of value through the lens of client organizations. Through ideation, you will explore your passion, brainstorm in teams, and identify collective unique and useful solutions to organizational problems. Through managing your project, you will identify your client’s vision and mission and design a road map for implementing and sustaining your product or service. You will experience the selling and negotiations skills from the perspective of the consultant (you and your team) and your client. Through this role-play, you will work through an iterative process of prototyping your recommendations into client-accepted solutions.
