SBS-HC285 Honors Challenge Sports Ethics
An in-depth study and analysis of the early history and recent developments of Ethical dilemmas found within the Sports Industry. The student will enrich their understanding of the business culture with both the indivudal and the organization with discussion on checks and balances to avoid future problems and create a business plan with healthy alignments. Finally, this course will challenge students to learn a path of self-development and be encouraged to clarify and define their values, underanding how the work environment challenges values, and practice ways to defend and give voice to their ethical opinion in different scenarios. Upon completion/certification of the course, students will be uniquely equipped to present themselves to current and prospective employers with an advanced and sound platform for improving and adding stability to ethically motivated companies.
