SBS-HC295 Honors Challenge Leadership and Stategic Impact

What kind of leader are you? This course helps students explore their leadership style and strengths through participation in several evidence-based personality assessments. After this period of self-discovery, students will learn how to apply what they have learned about themselves to their professional lives through the lens of 8 NACE Career Competencies (Career and Self Development, Communication, Critical Thinking, Equity and Inclusion, Leadership, Professionalism, Teamwork, & Technology.) How can you play to your strengths in the workplace? Near the end of the semester, students will be able to self-assess their level of skill in each of the NACE Career Competencies and hear from several guest speakers about their work and leadership journey.
