SBS-HC200 PRE SEED
Pre-SEED: Foundations for Cross-Functional Consulting equips students for practical client work at the SEED Clinic by building a basic consulting toolkit and understanding the intersection of five functional areas: Accounting, Resource Acquisition, Communications/Marketing, Legal, and Design. The course focuses on a holistic, client-centered approach to diagnose needs and develop comprehensive solutions. It also trains students in efficient research practices and a proprietary AI tool, enhancing skills in professional communication and stakeholder management, with an emphasis on confidentiality and scope control. By the end, you should be prepared to join the SEED Clinic.
