LAW-8062 Introduction to Writing for Litigation

Writing for litigation, including engagement and demand letters, complaints, answers, discovery requests, and short motions. Students will have the opportunity to review and draft a variety of litigation documents, find and modify samples, and find the specific rules of any jurisdiction where they are practicing.
