EMBA-717 Change Management
This course focuses on understanding and experiencing the strategic value of change management and stakeholder management at the organizational and team levels. It addresses issues around resistance to change and change readiness and how to manage and lead change efforts. Students will be introduced to core change management concepts and conduct both individual and group-based analyses of complex real life business cases.
