EMBA-708 Managerial Accounting
This course deals with the use of accounting information for internal business decisions. The course develops skills in understanding how costs are incurred and could be managed. The course focuses on how to facilitate decision making, planning and budgeting, and performance appraisal in a managerial context. This course also contains an experiential component that offers guided inquiry and real company cases.
