Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Minor for Sawyer Business School Learners (3 courses, 9 credits)
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) minor prepares business learners to work with today’s increasingly diverse and global workforce by exploring the social, institutional, and psychological processes that impact the way employees perceive and interact with one another. In this minor, learners explore the diversity, human resource management, and business ethics scholarship and apply this knowledge to personal and professional situations through engaging learning experiences.
