MGT-341 Managing a Global Workforce
This course explores global perspectives on inclusion and belonging in various cultural and organizational contexts. It examines how societies and workplaces around the world navigate diversity, equity, and identity, with a focus on fostering understanding, empathy, and inclusive practices. Students will analyze the evolving challenges and opportunities associated with creating environments where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel valued and empowered. Through critical discussions, case studies, and interactive assignments, students will develop the skills to navigate complex debates, assess different approaches to inclusion, and propose informed strategies to promote belonging across diverse global settings.
