Can you imagine a world without plastic? In less than a century, this versatile material has transformed our lives, society, and planet -- and not always for the better. This course explores the science behind plastics, the history of their use, and their impact on our health and environment. Well examine our individual and societal dependence on plastic and investigate the alternatives. From bag bans to biopolymers, whats the solution to our plastic problem?
