SBS-161 Happiness

Managing Mental Health is the most important step toward achieving happiness. We all have KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) however we need to add another A (Attitude) to KSA to make us
happy. This course will teach us how to harness the power of KSA+A=KSA2 to reach our goal of happiness by Managing Our Mind (MOM*) for good mental health. We will use techniques like Art of Laughter, Meditation and Proper Breathing to reach MOM* resulting in sustained state of happiness and
benefiting from it.
