SBS-104 Innovative Teaming
Teams and entrepreneurial thinking are critical to the success of organizations. This course offers a compelling view into team dynamics and what makes teams succeed and fail and how to work effectively in a team environment. Focus will be on building effective teams, managing team relationships, and improving team challenges. Course will help students build skills to analyze market needs, detect opportunities, and creatively design solutions to solve problems. Course includes networking in the field and introducing the tools you will need for success, including design thinking, business models, venture funding, and pitching. The project will culminate in a design-a-thon with an outside non-profit organization.
