MGT-H360 Honors in Leadership 360 Practicum
The Leadership 360 Practicum provides a fundamental understanding of the principles of leadership and the core competencies, traits and behaviors that enable effective leadership. Students will learn relevant leadership theories and gain awareness of how todays organizations meet the challenges and opportunities that leadership brings. Through an individual leadership development project, students will conduct an in-depth self-examination of their leadership capacity and will choose a leadership skill to develop throughout the semester. Students will have the opportunity to apply their developing leadership skills in a team project that seeks solutions to a specific leadership challenge, leading to a project implementation plan. Student teams will present their solutions in class; feedback to the presenters will reinforce oral communication skills. This course is a requirement for all BSBA majors.
