MGT-310 Applied Managerial Skills
This full-semester simulation explores the crucial role of human capital in creating sustainable competitive advantage for yourself and your company. Students gain practical management experience as they work collaboratively to tackle complex emergent challenges related to goal setting, performance evaluation, team dynamics, communication, and human capital development.
