MGT-360 Leadership 360 Practicum

Effective leadership is crucial across all sectors—public, non-profit, and for-profit. This course examines the art and science of leadership, exploring contemporary approaches and analyzing the diverse styles of real-world leaders. Leaders within business organizations are investigated through videos, interviews, news stories, and cases. Experiential activities focus on key leadership skills, including crafting and communicating a compelling vision, inspiring others, building strong interpersonal relationships, employing persuasive communication techniques, providing effective coaching and feedback, and more. Students critically assess their own leadership traits and behaviors to develop a personalized leadership philosophy, establishing a foundation for continued growth and development throughout their careers.
