MKT-370 Introduction to Qualitative Consumer Insights
This course is designed to introduce students to the world of qualitative (qual) market research. Students can expect to learn the fundamentals of qual methods and research design based on the current marketing and consulting practices. Students will have the ability to learn from an industry expert on how to design, facilitate, and report results for qualitative consumer insights and conduct a micro-project over the course of 5 class sessions. This hands-on and engaging course aims to inspire confidence with qualitative discovery and the ability to apply a set of frequently used qualitative methods and techniques.
Prerequisite
Take SBS-101 and SBS-100 (or CAS-101 if CAS student). Sophomore standing or higher.
