EMBA-706 Managing Teams and Organizations
This course provides the basis for sound management practice by helping students to acquire and practice the knowledge and skills essential to managing people and organizations. It helps students understand the nature and dynamics of social behavior as they relate to performance in real-world business settings, and draws heavily on research from the fields of psychology, social psychology and sociology.
