MKT-850 Customer Centricity and Creativity in Marketing
In todays challenging business environment, customer centricity is not a new trend but a vital component of any organization that wants to be successful. It is a catalyst for growth and a competitive differentiator. The aim of this course is to establish what it means for an organization to have a culture of customer centricity and how it affects marketings role and responsibilities. As future marketers, students will practice a customer-centric mindset that gets its direction from data and manifests its impact through creativity. As such, the role of marketing as an amalgam of art and science will be substantiated.
