International Direct and International Year One: Chemistry & Biochemistry
Overview
The undergraduate one or two-semester International Direct (ID) and the three-semester International Year One (IYO) Chemistry and Biochemistry program provides the academic, language and cultural support needed to succeed at Suffolk University. Upon meeting progression requirements, students matriculate into the BS or BA program of their choice. Program duration is based on English language abilities determined at the time of admission to the university.
International Direct: 1 Semester
Requirements: 5 courses with corresponding laboratory, 17 credits
Note: Course selection may vary based on availability, prerequisite requirements and placement exams.
Progression Requirement: 2.0 GPA and a passing grade in both EAP-103 and EAP-104.
International Direct: 2 Semesters
Requirements: 9 courses with corresponding laboratories, 33 credits
