SBS-HC375 Leading with Empathy and Compassion

In this course, students will engage in an in-depth exploration of emotional intelligence - the capacity to recognize, understand, and regulate emotions in oneself and others. Through a combination of mentorship and insights from guest speakers, students will acquire the essential competencies required for emotional intelligence. These competencies will be cultivated into strengths that support sustained excellence in achieving both professional and personal objectives.
