CAS-HC220 Honors Challenge Inclusive Leadership Strategies Becoming Ambassadors for Inclusion
Be a leader and establish inclusivity wherever you go! Inclusive Leadership Strategies - Becoming Ambassadors for Inclusion will use a variety of materials to engage students with the topics of diversity, inclusion, allyship, leadership, power, privilege, and more. The purpose of this course will be to give students an understanding of the basic concepts of diversity and inclusion and how to broaden their thinking to allow them to be more inclusive in their practices. The course will use the book How to Be an Inclusive Leader: Your Role in Creating Cultures of Belonging Where Everyone Can Thrive by Jennifer Brown.
