POLS-220 Constitutional Law: Institutions, Power Structures and Federalism

Exposure to the undergraduate study of constitutional law by: analysis of the horizontal structures of power -- institutions of the three federal branches of government and the separation of powers doctrine; analysis of the vertical structures of power -- federalism, the powers of Congress, focusing on the interstate commerce power and national-state relationships.
