ENG-348 Jane Austen
Introduces Jane Austens major novels, including Pride and Prejudice and Mansfield Park, along with relevant current scholarship and contextualizing historical material. Contemporary parodies, updates, and film adaptations of Austens work will also be considered. Topics to include the history of the novel, gender and authorship, and narrative theory.

Student has completed any of the following course(s) WRI 102 - First-Year Writing II, WRI H103 - Honors Advanced First-Year Writing
