AE-080 Financial Terminology with Excel
This course provides students with the basic financial vocabulary needed to succeed in a variety of courses and careers revolving around Business related majors. Students will be introduced to terminology used in everyday business discussion, financial reporting, personal finance, and accounting, thereby bridging a potential gap for non-native English speakers and setting them up for future success. Additionally, students will be exposed to basic Microsoft Excel functions and terminology in order to accommodate students who lack the software knowledge essential for courses utilizing Excel. This is a non-credit course.
