CHEM-L331 Biochemical Techniques Lab
Laboratory course introducing biochemical techniques. Includes buffer preparation, PCR, purification of DNA and proteins, agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, protein quantitation and detection, and enzyme activity assays.
Prerequisite
Take CHEM-211 and CHEM-L211 previously. Must take
CHEM-331 concurrently.
