WRI-100 Developmental Writing I
This course affords students extended practice with persuasive and expository writing in the essay form through frequent writing assignments based on critical readings of class texts and discussions. Students will also compose a research paper and study the process of writing and revising for an academic audience. No standard pre-requisites; offered every semester.
Prerequisite
Student has satisfied all of the following Institution has received a(n) Writing Placement Exam test result with a(n) Writing score equal to 5. Or Student has satisfied all of the following Institution has received a(n) Writing Placement Exam test result with a(n) Writing score equal to 6.
