What makes a great leader? This course examines public leadership in the United States and across the globe. Personal qualities of character, perspective, optimism, courage, and resilience will be examined. Skills and abilities such as vision, strategic thinking, active listening, collaboration, persuasiveness, and crisis management are explored.
