LAWU-240 Criminal Procedure
This course covers the basics of the constitutional aspects of criminal procedure. This course is inended to familiarize students with the procedural aspects of the criminal justice system. Since constitutional law forms the basis of our legal system, certain fundamental constitutional principles will be studied in depth. Into this structure we will place the components that make up our jurisprudence requiring students to become familiar with all parts of the criminal process.
