LAW-839 Suffolk Galway Legal Exchange Program
Suffolk Law School has participated in a summer exchange program with the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUI). In this Program, students from the National University of Ireland participate in a summer class at Suffolk Law and are placed in a variety of Boston legal internships during June and July. In the past, NUI students have interned with many local offices including the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Superior Court, the Probate & Family Court, the Massachusetts Senate-Office of Senate Counsel, the Suffolk County District Attorneys Office, the City of Boston Law Department, and the New England Innocence Project . The NUI Galway students participating are supervised in their internship by an attorney field supervisor as well as by a member of the Externship Department. Participating NUI Galway students receive a Certificate of Completion after a successful completion of this Program.
