ISOM-351 Supply Chain Management
Introduces the fundamental principles and concepts for effective management of supply chains via performance drivers such as facilities, inventory, transportation, sourcing, pricing, and information. No company can do better than its supply chain, a complex network of firms that collaboratively manage transformation processes to deliver products/services to customers. Managing a supply chain is a tremendous challenge for most firms which, paradoxically, can also be a crucial source of competitive advantage. This how-to course also offers hands-on familiarity with analytical models, data analysis, and interpretation from which supply chain managers can gain deep insights.
