EC-262 Economic Strategy in Rwanda Study Tour to Rwanda
An examination of economic strategy and practice in Rwanda, with a focus on the economics and business of water (such as who produces water, and how it is priced), along with policy issues (such as what strategies should the government take, what institutional voids need to be filled, how it meshes with environmental concerns, and how to foster innovation). The centerpiece of the course is a week-long study tour to Rwanda.
