CJU-302 Global Criminology
Provides an overview of several different types of justice systems around the world, including the U.S. The overall goals of the course are for students to understand that the manifestations of a justice system exist in multiple forms and that there are strengths and weaknesses to each type of system. Students will better understand that through the cultural context including social, political, historical, and economic factors that shape crime and criminal justice responses. Course may include a study abroad component.
