BLKST-226 Race, Economics, and Politics in Boston: 1950s to the 21st Century

This course examines how African Americans and their allies challenged the economic and political status quo, which exploited and oppressed them. We will examine Bostons history, economy, and political structure and its impact on the African-American community.
