BIO-306 Exercise Physiology

This is an overview of exercise physiology for students who have already completed Anatomy and Physiology I-II. Topics include the function of skeletal muscle and its control by the nervous system, cellular metabolism and adaptation to exercise, the physiology of the respiratory chain, measurement of performance, and exercise's role in prevention or treatment of disease.
