SBS-HC224 Writing Effective Project Briefs, Training Vignettes, and Mini-Cases

Workers tasked with providing a formal project brief to management may lack confidence in their writing or the selection and organization of details to create an effective document. Similar skills are needed by managers who must develop training tools for employees. In this course, students will explore the purposes and structure of project briefs, training vignettes, and compact cases in a business context. Students will hone analytical and writing skills; course deliverables include creating (1) a project brief about an SBS client project, (2) a training vignette from personal experience, and (3) a mini-case based on a real company.
