MKT-450 Marketing with AI Innovations
Marketing with AI Innovations offers a forward-looking exploration of how artificial intelligence is reshaping the marketing landscape. Starting with some of the foundational concepts of AI—machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and AI agents. In MKT 450, students will learn how these technologies power a broad range of marketing functions, from content creation and social media advertising to customer relationship management (CRM) and sales forecasting. Through real-world case studies (from brands like Amazon, Netflix, Sephora, Nike, Coca-Cola, etc.) participants will analyze how leading brands are using AI for hyper-personalization, predictive analytics, and immersive customer experiences. A significant focus of the course lies in practical applications. Students will learn to use AI-driven tools for content strategy, SEO, social listening, and sentiment analysis, while simultaneously exploring AI’s potential in influencer marketing and next-generation experiences such as augmented reality, sonic branding, and the metaverse. Ethical considerations—including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency—are woven throughout the curriculum, ensuring that students grasp not only the advantages of AI but also the responsibilities that come with its adoption. By the end of the course, students will have the strategic and technical insights needed to craft innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns and position themselves at the forefront of an increasingly AI-centric business world.
