LAW-2441 Biotechnology and the Law

This course will explore the legal, regulatory and business issues that arise from the research, development, manufacturing and sale of innovative biotechnology products. Students will work through a series of topics and case studies to learn about the interface of science and the law in biotechnology research, development and commercialization.
