Overview
Pursuing an SBS Academic Microcredential is an opportunity for individuals to take graduate level business courses, earn academic credits and a digital badge in their preferred area of interest. If you have at least one year of full-time work experience and a 2.8 or higher undergraduate GPA, you may be eligible to enroll in up to three approved SBS graduate level courses from various learning areas including: Business, Data Analytics, Government, Healthcare, Marketing, Nonprofit, and People Management.
If the course(s) you select indicated a prerequisite(s), you must demonstrate via transcripts that you meet the prerequisite(s) before you can enroll. Courses are offered on a space available basis and are subject to change.
Courses taken as part of an SBS Academic Microcredential may subsequently apply toward an SBS graduate certificate or degree program if, after formal application, you meet standard admission criteria. Please note: As part of your enrollment record, the SBS Academic Microcredential will appear on your transcript and tuition bill with the for-credit program code of Management Advancement Professional Studies (MAPS).
SBS Academic Microcredential options are available at our Boston campus and online.
