International Year One: Mathematics Program
Overview
The undergraduate International Year One (IYO) Mathematics program provides the academic, language, and cultural support needed to succeed at Suffolk University. Upon meeting progression requirements, students progress into the Mathematics major. Program duration is based on English language abilities determined at the time of admission to the university.
Three program lengths are also available to students and each semester counts toward the student’s undergraduate degree.
International Year One: 1 Semester (accelerated)
Requirements: 5 courses, 17 credits
Note: Course selection may vary based on availability, prerequisite requirements and placement exams.
Progression Requirement: 2.0 GPA
International Year One: 2 Semesters (standard)
Requirements: 9 courses, 33 credits
