Builds on the core competencies acquired in Organic Chemistry I. Includes detailed mechanistic discussions of substitution elimination and addition reactions. Emphasizes organic synthesis involving alkenes, alkynes, alcohols, aromatic compounds, aldehydes and ketones, as well as structure determination and spectroscopy.
