ART-S211 Introduction to Painting

This introductory course is designed for students with little or no knowledge of the use of various painting processes. The basic elements of painting are introduced in exercises enhanced by demonstrations. Students work with acrylic paint and various painting media. Creative work is encouraged in a relaxed atmosphere where individual attention is given to students at various levels of ability.
