AE-057 English Preparation Reading & Writing Level 5
This course is designed to familiarize students with the academic reading and writing skills necessary to undertake collegiate course work. Students will have an opportunity to develop the analytical skills required to comprehend a variety of texts and produce well-organized and well-written essays. Students will practice using the writing process, including prewriting, outlining, revising, editing, and proofreading, and will be introduced to the proper method(s) of citing sources. This course is designed for students at a low-advanced level. This is a non-credit course.
