ISOM-631 Data Analytics with Python
This course introduces students to the concepts and applications of data analytics for managerial decision-making. Students will learn foundational knowledge and develop essential skills needed to extract valuable information out of data. Various descriptive and predictive analytics topics are covered, including exploratory data analysis, probability and distributions, hypothesis testing, regression, and time-series analysis. Python is used as the main analytic tool for the course. This course provides the much-needed coding skills highly sought after by many companies seeking to employ students from our university.
